We are a team of international cross-industry executives, who have entered and driven the topic of sustainable growth on C-level in international tier 1 and 2 companies, creating unparalleled results for a number of leading global brands. Our journey through consultancies, agencies and global marketing organisations has urged and inspired us to develop unique capabilities and tools. Our team is a blend of creative and strategic people.
Mike Bennett
Mike has over 25 years experience running and pioneering creative digital businesses. Most recently, Group Creative Director for Accenture Interactive running a fully integrated offer. Mike has founded and sold a number of businesses in London.
Daniela Fernandez
Daniela focuses on driving growth and innovation through championing human needs at TheCLTR. With 18+ years of experience, she was recently a managing partner at The Leading Edge and has co-founded three different businesses and charities in Mexico and London.
Jacob Nyborg
Jacob is responsible for client solutions with +30 years experience. He has a demonstrated history of success in marketing transformation - lastly as global CMO for Maserati. Before, he was founder and head of a number of successful marketing agencies.
Anno Mitchell
Anno has over 25 years experience in creating innovative digital products and services anchored in organisational strategy, culture and experience. She has recently run business design teams for the UK government, and led strategy at leading UK service design agencies. She has worked at the BBC and NHS, and for HSBC and Cancer UK.
Penny Koumantsiotou Nyborg
Educated in social and political science, HR and marketing to fully understand brand potential in a cultural context. Having served a global fashion brand in Italy as business developer, she combines cultural context with a pragmatic business approach.
