Brand and Business design for a new Wellness Clinic

We love working with start-ups and were delighted to be approached by Shiv and Gok, husband and wife, Dr and Surgeon, to help them develop the overall brand and business approach for a new wellness clinic. We worked with them closely over several months to help define audiences, the business offer, the brand proposition and offer and finally, all the comms and marketing materials to launch the brand through focused online and targeted social. 

The Brief:

Create brand values and proposition, a new name, logotype, copy treatment and design system for a new integrated health and wellness practice.

Solution:

We worked closely with the founders and ran a brand and business design process where we uncovered core values and identified key customer personas. We then ran a naming workshop developing values and positioning. Finally, we designed the end-to-end brand and customer experience, including branding, web design, custom logotype, marketing strategy and campaign and ongoing strategic support.

Process:

We looked at the business from the inside and out, using internal stakeholder interviews and running interview sessions with customers and prospects.

We used research insights to understand the types of audience the business should be targeting and created personas to target with brand, comms and marketing. We sized the market, looked at potential ROI and worked on a lifetime value model to justify to investors where the business will focus and what is needed to achieve that.

Result:

A successful launch and we continue to support the business as it acquires customers and scales.
